gdc33 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the gdc33 platform, including registered account holders and visitors who access any part of the gdc33 website without registering. By accessing gdc33, browsing its content, registering an account, or placing any wager or bet through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. These Terms should be read alongside the gdc33 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and gdc33.

gdc33 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. 2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration and Security

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration, or failing to update your information when it changes, may result in account suspension or permanent closure without refund of any balance.

gdc33 may, at its sole discretion, refuse registration to any applicant or close any existing account without being required to give reasons. Where an account is closed by gdc33 other than for a breach of these Terms, any confirmed balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the payment method used for their most recent deposit, subject to completion of any applicable verification process.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on gdc33 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of the transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used for the player's most recent deposit where possible. gdc33 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing a withdrawal.
• Deposited funds are used to fund gameplay only. gdc33 does not pay interest on player account balances.
• Fraudulent deposits — including chargebacks, reversed transactions, or deposits made with payment credentials belonging to a third party — will result in immediate account suspension. gdc33 will pursue recovery of fraudulently deposited funds through all available legal means.

Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the transaction. gdc33 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges for which gdc33 accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, gdc33 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. The following general conditions apply to all gdc33 bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by the account holder to whom they are offered. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash unless expressly stated.

6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

gdc33 is committed to providing a fair and safe gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets or game play to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonus conditions.
• Opening or operating more than one gdc33 account at any time, or registering on behalf of a third party.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward other players or gdc33 staff through any communication channel associated with the platform.

gdc33 may freeze an account and withhold any balance pending investigation where it suspects a breach of these conduct rules. Where a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full. gdc33's decision in such matters is final, subject only to any applicable regulatory oversight.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network disruptions, and force majeure events may temporarily affect the availability of the platform or specific services. gdc33 accepts no liability for losses arising from such interruptions. In all cases, gdc33's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the gdc33 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the property of gdc33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the gdc33 platform without the prior written consent of gdc33. Unauthorised use of gdc33 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

11. Amendments to These Terms

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and gdc33, you should contact gdc33 customer support in the first instance to attempt to resolve the matter informally. gdc33 will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or applicable dispute resolution processes. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection regulations.
